TAG is open to all teens in 6th grade - high school regardless of school grades.

WHAT?

The mission of the TAG is to promote Llano County Library services to young adults by:
     1. Planning and implementing young adult programs, activities and projects
     2. Creating and inviting atmosphere at the library by maintaining a safe, attractive young adult area
     3. Promoting ideas in the young adult collection
     4. Promoting and encouraging reading by young adults

WHEN?
Meetings are held monthly. The date for each meeting is the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30PM. Watch here and for fliers at school announcing meeting dates and special activities.

You can VOLUNTEER at the library ANYTIME! Work on special TAG projects, design displays, write articles and more!

At the Llano County Library -- if you don't know where we're at, you'll find the library on the south side of the Llano River right by the bridge.

WHY?
Your ideas, opinions and suggestions are important to the library. As a member of TAG you can help to build a better, more useful young adult and juvenile collections.

Through your work in the Teen Action Group, not only will you make the library a more valuable resource for teens, you will also learn valuable skills.

Volunteering in your community through the TAG will benefit you now and later with everything from applying for a summer job to applying to a college.
